It is the most complete Power Equipment Catalogue ever appeared in print. It contains detailed information about gas turbines, diesel and gas engines, and power plants on their base.

OP16-3A gas turbineEighth OP16-3A gas turbine power unit rated at 1.8 MW was commissioned on the site of Yuzhno-Russkoye field (Severneftegasprom JSC). Gas turbine power plant was supplied to the customer by OPRA (the Netherlands). The plant is equipped with UT-52 cogeneration system. At present total electric output of the station is 14.4 MW. General contractor for the project is Turboenergy and Service Ltd. After commissioning of the unit the reliability of power supply of field infrastructure was increased. Main fuel for the station is natural gas. It generates electric and thermal power for the needs of the field infrastructure.

The station will consist of four 8L20 power plants each rated at 1500 kW. They were manufactured and supplied by Wаrtsilа Finland Oy. The main fuel for the station is crude oil, back-up fuel is diesel oil. The customer of the station is Taimyrenergo JSC. The plants will be installed in the separate building.

The plants are equipped with waste-heat boilers. They will operate in cogeneration cycle and generate electric and thermal power for the needs of the settlement. The plants are synchronized with existing power plants.

During the first stage, the specialists of «REP Holding» manufactured all the auxiliary equipment, the turbo unit lateral roll-out system, the devices for engine packaging and extracting and a noise-insulating enclosure (NIE), all the equipment was installed on the turbine frame, and then all necessary components of the power supply and fire-extinguishing systems were connected.

Mantrak Vostok supplied four C18 diesel plants for driving of UBTN 1180L slurry pumps through PREP reduction gears (Canada). Pump power is 1180 kW, pressure is 3.5 MPa, capacity is 185 m3 per hour and weight is 23.5 tons. The equipment was supplied under the contract signed with Belorusneft-Siberia Ltd.

The plant was delivered by GrandMotors for stand-by power supply of production facilities of the factory for fruits processing in Serpukhov, Moscow Region. Cummins C900D5 rated at 656 kW is installed in Sever BKS-1 container and is equipped with fuel tank providing reliable operation during 24 hours.

Two diesel power plants for the station were supplied to the site by Industrial Power Machines Ltd. ADMi-1600 diesel power plants each rated at 1600 kW were developed on the base of S16R-PTAA2 (Mitsubishi) diesel engines. They were installed in Sever-M containers. The plants operate in parallel to each other on the base mode.

The project of first Russian gas turbine plant for offshore application was presented during XIV international conference Offshore Upstream Development in Russia and CIS-2017. The plant was developed on the base of technical solutions realized at prototype unit of SGTG-8 marine gas turbogenerator developed on the base of E70/8RD marine engine designed by Saturn NPO. GTA-8 can be used as a part of marine propulsion systems, vessels and platforms of exploratory drilling, extraction facilities, processing and storage facilities, drilling platforms, etc. Power plant can be used for CHP stations on the site of any industrial and municipal enterprises.
