Five GPB70 power plants will be installed on the site of Tsentralnaya TETs. GPB70 power plant has electric output of 6.6 MW (natural gas) and 5.8 MW (diesel fuel). The station will operate in cogeneration cycle. The total electric output of the station will be 33 MW, thermal output – 143.4 MW.

Each power plant will be equipped with Rosink ECO-SPI-5.5 waste-heat boilers manufactures by Euroasiatic Machinery (S) Pte Ltd. (Singapore). For the generation of additional thermal power the station will be equipped with six TT 100 peak hot-water boilers each rated at 15 MW manufactured by Entroros Ltd.
