The station was commissioned at the beginning of 2011 on the site of Usinsky Oil-Processing Plant by Energoteh Company (Moscow). The customer for the project is Enisey Company.

The station was developed on the base of 16V-AT27GL gas engine plants. The main fuel for the station is casing-head gas from Zapadno-Synatyskogo oil field. Electric output of the station is 6 MW, thermal output – 6.3 MW. The station is equipped with waste-heat boilers and EnergoSoft control system. For back-up purposes the station is equipped with Cummins C250D5 diesel generating set.
