Prodiction facilities of Kastamonu enterprise are situated in Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan Republic. The company produces medium density fiber boards and wooden floor coatings. Necessary electric and thermal power was generated by GE LM2500+G4 gas turbine plant rated at 30 MW. At present Kawasaki GPB180 cogeneration power plant rated at 17 MW with thermal output of 27 MW was added to the existing power plant.

Trigeneration power station was constructed on the site of Angstrem-T Ltd. scientific-production complex. Total electric output of the station is 36 MW. It consists of five Wartsila 16V34DF each rated at 7 MW. The station is equipped with four Buderus Logano S825L hot-water boilers. Gas treatment system provides gas purifying, gas flow measurement and fine gas cleaning. Gas compression will be carried out by booster compressor station on the base of two EGSI-S-200/315WA screw compressors.
After verification and validation two gas pumping units were put into operation on the site of booster compressor station of Novatek-Yurkharovskneftegas Ltd. 53GTs2-188/10-87 centrifugal compressor units are used for the compression of associated petroleum gas. Their output is 2.822 mln m3/day, gas output pressure is 8.7 MPa. The units operate as a part of GPA-16 NK-03N Ural gas pumping units manufactured by Iskra NPO. Gas pumping units were developed on the base of NK-16-18STD gas turbine drives each rated at 18 MW. They were manufactured and supplied by KMPO JSC. Compressor units will operate on one or two compression stages. It provides the reliability of system on any operational modes.
EDD-500-4 plant was manufactured and supplied by Novosibirsky plant of generating sets. The plant was developed on the base of Doosan Infracore P222LE diesel engine. Power equipment is installed in Sever (UBK-6) container with heat insulation. Electric output of the plant is 500 kW. It provides stand-by power supply for network pumps of central heating system of Labytnangi (Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Area). Power equipment was delivered to the site by river transport down river Ob during summer season.
Combined cycle power plant was designed as single-shaft unit. It consists of Siemens SGT5-4000F gas turbine plant nominally rated at 290 MW, Еp-264/297/43-13,0/3,0/0,47-558/558/237-11,6bb horizontal three-circuit drum heat-recovery steam generator supplied by EmAlliance and SST5-5000 two-cylinder steam turbine with intermediate superheating and steam extraction.
