Mototech Spark Plug Cleaning KitMotortech new spark plug cleaning kit is now available. Iskra-Energetika JSC will manufacture power plants for Zapolyarnoye oil & gas condensate field.

The station will generate electric and thermal power for the needs of field infrastructure. It will consist of four EGES-12C gas turbine power plants. Total electric output of the station will be 48 MW. EGES-12C gas turbine power plant was developed on the base of Aviadvigatel JSC GTU-12P gas turbine drive. The station is equipped with UT-106 waste-heat boilers manufactured by Ukhtinsky experimental mechanical plant.

Gas pumping unit is commissioned in Budenovsk.

Gas pumping unit was manufactured and supplied by Kazankompressormash - 5GTs2-287/15-57JSC. It was commissioned on the site of booster compressor station of dry stripping gas of Stavrolen Ltd. (Lukoil JSC). Gas pumping unit is equipped with waste-heat boiler for technological steam generation with temperature of 310 °C and pressure of 3.9 MPa.
Gas compression is carried out by 5GTs2-287/15-57 centrifugal compressor with gas turbine drive through speed increasing gearbox. Natural gas is supplied from the fields name after Yu. Korchagin and V. Filanovsky. The equipment was supplied to the site under the contract with Stavrolen Ltd., on turn-key basis.

Gas turbine power station is under construction in Leningradskaya Region.

Cogeneration power station with electric output of 1.9 MW and thermal power output was developed on the base of OPRA OP16 gas turbine plant. The customer of the project is Gaspromteploenergo Ltd., general contractor is Unified Community Systems Company.

Modular Boiler Systems Ltd. built CHP station in Bykovo settlement in Volgogradskaya Region.

MWM TCG2020V12CHP station with electric and thermal output of 4800 kWwas built under the contract with Bykovogas Company. The station consists of four MWM TCG2020V12 gas engine power plants each rated at 1200 kW. The project was realized by Modular Boiler Systems Ltd. on turn-key basis.
Container for BykovoGas CompanyContainer power plants operate on the base mode in parallel with each other. Waste heat utilization system consists of two Viessmann Vitoplex 100PV1 hot water boilers equipped with Wieshaupt burners. All generated electric and thermal power is used for the needs of industrial complex for the extraction and processing of gas and gas condensate.

Kazankompressormash commissioned turbocompressor plant on the site of Kharyaginskoye field.

Compressor department on the site of the field consists of two 6GTs2-260/2-38GTU turbocompressor plants each rated at 6.3 MW. The equipment is used for the compression of low pressure gas from extraction facilities of the field for further drying and transportation to Usinsky gas processing plant. The project was realized in cooperation with UEC-Gas.

Sagat Energy will increase the output of CHP power station in Atyrau (Kazakhstan).

At present CHP power station consists of two Waukesha APG 1000 gas engine power plants each rated at 1000 kW. They are equipped with the systems of waste heat utilization. The station operates on the base mode. The main fuel is associated petroleum gas. It generates electric and thermal power for the needs of AtyrauNefteMash enterprise. This year nine more cogeneration Waukesha APG 1000 gas engine power plants will be commissioned on the site. Total electric output of the station will be increased by 9 MW. All generated electric and thermal power will be sold to external consumers. The main fuel for new power plants will be natural gas.
