Diesel power plant provides standby power supply to oncologic dispensary of Adygeya Republic.

Power equipment was supplied by KrialEnergoStroy Company. АD-400S-Т400 diesel power plant has electric output of 400 kW. It was developed on the base of Doosan DP158LD diesel engine. The manufacturer of the equipment is TSS Group of companies. The specialists of KrialEnergoStroy fulfilled the delivery of the equipment to the site and carried out all civil and commissioning works. АD-400S-Т400 diesel power plant is equipped with fuel tank with a capacity of 500 litres for continuous operation.

All main and auxiliary equipment is installed in Sever-6 container manufactured by KrialEnergoStroy. Sever container provides compatibility to sanitary regulations to noise levels. In such configuration power plants can be installed in close vicinity to residential districts, schools and hospitals. The plant is equipped with automatic fire-fighting and alarm systems.

Power plant ENEX 65 was commissioned in Uzbekistan.

BPC Engeneering has shipped equipment for associated petroleum gas utilization project on Uzbekneftegaz oilfields. The project is carried out under the World Bank-led Global Gas Flaring Reduction Partnership. Power plant ENEX 65 was installed on Turtsari oilfield in Qashqadaryo province. The equipment was designed for the utilization of associated petroleum gas from the flare system to generate electrical energy for the oil field's own needs. A gas containing 0.05% of H2S is used as a fuel.

It is supplied to the power plant without the use of complicated gas conditioning systems. The project is intended to reduce harmful emissions and improve ecological situation at the place. Power plant ENEX 65 is designed in a compact container, which reduces installation and commission time.

UEC-Gas turbines will supply gas pumping units to Chayandinskoye field in Yakutiya.

Under the contract UEC-Gas turbines will supply six GPA-10R/RM gas pumping units to the customer. They were developed on the base of PS-90GP-3 gas turbines developed by UEC-Aviadvigatel and manufactured by UEC-Perm motors.

Combined cycle power station is constructed on the site of Tashkentskaya TES.

The station was designed around General Electric MS9001FB DLE gas turbine plant rated at 290 MW. Total electric output of the station is 370 MW. The project is realized by international consortium including Slovakian companies – Synecta a.s., Istroenergo Group and Lavalin Polska (Poland).

REP Holding has signed a memorandum of cooperation with MAN Diesel & Turbo.

The Memorandum’s aim is to establish good relations in form of mutually beneficial cooperation for the production of compressor equipment. The purpose is to localize production of isothermal components in Russia.

The cooperation implies launching co-production of stator components and auxiliary systems for the isothermal compressors at the production facilities of REP Holding followed by their delivery to customers in Russia.

The modernization of auxiliary power supply systems of mobile gas turbine plants in Crimea was finished.

The reliability of stand-by power supply of consumers in Crimea peninsula during peak demands periods and in emergency situations was increased. Start of power station in the absence of voltage in power grid is possible only in case of power supply from stand-by power source with succeeding transition to the baseload power source. Earlier it was necessary to stop the plant. In result time and service life expenditures increased. To increase the reliability and efficiency of generating equipment specialists of Mobile GTES developed technical solutions with using of units of automatic synchronization for auxiliary power plants. During the tests conducted by Chernomorskoye RDU operational capability of new equipment was checked. At present 18 mobile gas turbine power plants are in operation in the region. Their total output is 405 MW. They provide third part of power demands of the region.

Energas Ltd. supplied equipment to the site of DNS-2 booster pumping station of Vyngapurovskoye field.

Initial water separation plant on the site of booster pumping station is equipped with the system of associated petroleum gas utilization. The system was developed on the base of Energas vacuum compressor station. The station provides compression of low pressure associated petroleum gas and delivery of the gas after mixing it with the gas of the first stage of separation to main compressor station. Nominal output of the station is 1500 m3 per hour. Gas consumption is controlled by two-level control system. All equipment is installed in separate weatherproof container. It operates in automated mode.
