76 Gas engine generator sets for distributed power and autonomous generation

 

The article presents the main features of hybrid power plants, describes an autonomous hybrid power module (AGEM-1), and presents the technical characteristics of gas engine generator sets that can run on various types of fuels, including hydrogenous gases. The energy consumption of batteries and gas cylinder modules filled with hydrogen, methane and a mixture of natural gas and hydrogen at different degrees of pressure is compared.

The concept of «hybrid» in engineering refers to means in which the positive properties of prototypes functioning on different physical principles are structurally and technologically integrated and their undesirable qualities are compensated.

 

80 Liyu gas engine power plants operate on the Russian market

 

Electrosystems LLC, the first company in Russia to supply and commission a container-type CHP plant based on the Chinese Hunan Liyu Gas Power gas engine plant.

Electrosystems LLC, one of the leaders in the Russian market of guaranteed, autonomous and backup power supply systems, has commissioned a container-type gas engine CHP station based on a Hunan Liyu Gas Power gas generator. The customer of the power unit is Russia's largest manufacturer of high-quality products made of plastic, composite materials, non-ferrous metals and rubber.

The project currently consists of two stages. The implementation of the first stage was completed in 2021 by installing two TCG 2020 V16  manufactured by MWM GmbH (Austria) with an electric capacity of 1.56 MW with heat recovery systems at the facility.

Since 1998, Lasers and Equipment scientific and production center has been developing and manufacturing laser equipment for industry, including for the needs of engine building.

Such equipment requires compliance with high standards of performance and high accuracy in operation.
